Please keep in mind that we send out confirmations via text message and emails. If you are booking a surprise for someone, please be sure to inform us so that we can remove their cell phone number and/or email address so that a confirmation does not spoil the surprise.
All appointments are held with a credit card. Please honor our 24 hour cancellation policy for single treatments to avoid charges. A 48 hour notice is required for packages and groups. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment or honor our cancellation policy will result in a charge of the full amount of the service. At the time of service, you can alternatively use cash, a gift card, a gift certificate, or a credit or debit card. New clients or clients having multiple services must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled service time to fill out Client Information Sheet, get locker assignment and change before their services begin. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next guest. If you are having multiple services and would like to use the Hot tub or Steam room please allow extra time for that as well. Spa amenities (steam room, hot tub, showers) are available for $25 for guests having just one service. We offer up to two complimentary beverages and free bottled water. Prices do not include gratuity, except for group reservations. In appreciation of your service provider for exceptional services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
